I like that everything from the staff to the bar to the pool to the comfortability and cleanness of the rooms staff is super friendly security on point . one property manager stood out the most is Miss Debra .so understanding so patient great customer care 10 out of 10 for that one

this aint no Hilton or Westgate... is a working class people's resort ... If you want fancy hotel pay extra for the 5 start ones...otherwise don't be a meany and treat the employees like they are your slaves... This hotel is for a family or people on a budget that want somewhere to stay without breaking the bank. I got to use the gym and the pool and that was such fun. The jacuzzi was not as hot as it should have been though. Super close to a lot of entertainment and food. We also ordered instcart to the room and that was a quick delivery. Deff recommend for those who are humble of heart and sweet to employees... People who think they better than everyone need to go somewhere else Lol

The simplistic yet stylish feel of the layout and rooms, the location being an essential hub of sorts for the variety of amenities surrounding it. The establishment itself also carries a reserved atmosphere, so it's generally quite peaceful

SERALAGO IS WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANT OPTIONS. SEAFOOD, KFC, ITALION, BK, MC D, FOOD TRUCKS ECT. ALSO, 10 MINUTE WALK TO OLD TOWN & FUN SPOT. NO NEED TO RENT A CAR AS THEY OFFER SHUTTLE TO DISNEY.

Location is great ! Staff was super nice and helpful if needed anything . Room was spacious and comfortable . Planning another trip to Orlando in April and will be booking this hotel again !

I love this place. I get EXACTLY what I pay for everytime I stay here. The staff is very helpful. The location is conveniently located by Old Town. That means lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the food truck park is my favorite. I highly recommend staying here. Please keep in mind that it's not the Ritz Carlton. It's an affordable family hotel in a great location at a good value

Stayed in 2 room suite. It was awesome, very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice room. heated pool was nice. We go here a couple times of year. It is our go to place

My kids enjoyed the Kids Suite, which was enclosed separately from the main part of the room. It had its own tv, and doorway curtains if you wanted to use them. All in all, great bang for your buck. No, it's not some penthouse suite, but for the grand total of $55/night, it was the perfect place for me and my 5 kids. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper, and it wasn't noisy. There was a compact size mini fridge, and plenty of storage places.
